Hi! I’m Tina.

I get it. Finding the right health insurance plan is stressful.

As a newly divorced single mom, I know how hard it is to find a new health insurance plan for your family. With so many options to choose from and filing deadlines to meet, finding the best plan to meet your family’s needs can be stressful. I experienced this again when helping my parents find a new insurance plan. I saw how confusing it could be for those over 65 who have to choose from an overwhelming number of choices offered to those in need of Medicare.

After working through this process for myself and my parents, I decided it shouldn’t be this hard to get the insurance you need.

Wanting to fully understand the requirements needed to find the best coverage for any situation, I began to research. I didn’t want others to have to struggle like my parents and myself, and that is why I became a healthcare advisor.
Since 2014 I’ve helped hundreds, if not thousands, of people like you get the health insurance they need. Recognized by HealthCare.gov for helping over 100 people each enrollment year and, for the past 5 years, nominated to the Elite Marketplace Circle of Champions.

Just as I have been able to help my loved ones,  I would love to help you too.
I hope you Call Me so you can stop worrying if you are making the right choice.

I’m here to help.

Common Questions

Here are a few of the most common questions asked when speaking with a healthcare advisor.

When can I start getting Medicare?

Generally, it can start the month you turn 65. This is called your Initial Enrollment Period. It lasts for 7 months, starting 3 months before you turn 65, and ending 3 months after the month you turn 65.

When can I start Medicare if I'm still working and have employer coverage?

You can sign up for Part A and Part B anytime as long as you have carried a group health plan coverage until the time you are ready to sign up. You also have 8 months to sign up after you or your spouse (or your family member if you’re disabled) stop working or you lose group health plan coverage (whichever happens first).

Do I need a Medicare Part D or prescription drug plan?

Yes! If you don’t sign up for a prescription drug plan when you sign up for part B, you will have permanent financial penalties administered by Social Security. If you have gone more than 63 days without other drug coverage that is considered as good as Part D, the penalty will go into effect.
